 5. Slow loading
 The program loads and/or runs very slowly across a wireless or old network
A) Contact us for advice about installing certain files locally onto each computer to prevent network overload. (allowed only for Numbershark 3.04 and Wordshark 3.04 and later)
B) This can occur if your network installation has become corrupted. To check this, ensure that no-one is using the program, then examine your “shared” directory for the program: If 2 users have signed on using the same user ID they may have caused a corruption. User .sha files are normally small (under 50k) unless they have recorded sound for a substantial number of words.   If you find the shared directory contains any HS_Err_PID files or .sht files or large files (over 100kb) contact Support for advice.
