Error Message: “referenced memory at 0x00000008 The memory could not be read”

This Windows error is reported rarely, and can indicate several possible issues. We have experienced these:

1. You are trying to install/activate our program whilst signed in as a restricted user. Try again, but ensure you are signed on as the computer administrator (or network administrator if that machine is networked)

2. Lack of RAM: Other processes are using your computer RAM.  Try again, but with other programs/processes  shut down.

3. A corrupted user account in Windows: Set up a new administrator account, and install whilst signed on as the new administrator

4. A BIOS problem or processor fault: You would need to seek help locally.
