CD “Stand Alone” Versions:
 The CD “Stand Alone” version works on both Mac and PC.
The “stand alone” CD version is a “single user at a time” portable licence. It allows you to install the program onto as many machines as you like, with the restriction that the disk needs to be in place in the local CD drive (internal or external) in order for the program to run. The CD may  not be copied, but replacements for returned damaged disks can be arranged for a contribution towards costs Details  The CD version does not come with a separate paper licence*
Please contact Sales for advice if you have a netbook,
or are unable to access a CD drive due to network security restrictions
If you are a school with the CD version, and are considering buying more, please contact Sales first to check that the versions you have are compatible with each other, and offer best value for money.
* Please email  Sales if you have the CD version and need a written consent for your licence file
 Note - The CD version is NOT suitable, or licensed,  for running from a central “CD-Stack”

Which product best meets our needs?
Network Versions:
Network versions are bought for “Mac” network or “PC” network. We do not support hybrid Mac+PC networks.
Please specify “Mac” or “PC” when ordering

 The network version requires a server or network attached storage or peer to peer running - it is not licensed for use on standalone machines.  The disk comes with two copies of your network Licence Certificate. We suggest you retain one for school  licence records, and leave the other one for the ICT technician’s use.
The concurrent-user network site licence allows you to install our software on a single server for deployment to all networked client computers at the single named geographical location for use by the named organisation.

The program automatically counts and allows a set number of the networked computer users to connect simultaneously. The maximum number of concurrent computer users is displayed on-screen within the program, and connected computers and users are listed under the “file/list of users” menu.

 All our software prices are “one-off” costs, with no annual renewal fees.
