The following are the most common issues on Microsoft Windows PC computers:
Note there are no known issues with XP Service Pack 2
1.  XP Patch
Using a CD-Rom version of Wordshark3 or 3s,  or Numbershark3, running on  XP :
The program installs, but refuses to load if you are signed on as a restricted user UNLESS a user with XP administrative rights signs on first.

2. Graphics Problems
On all versions, on any Windows operating system: The program installs, but when you try to run it,
A) it freezes at the login box, (or the login box disappears) OR menus fail to drop down OR blocky bits of program are left all over the screen
B) The cursor disappears OR you get gray  screens on  some games

3. Details Lost   Student details are not saved  or licence details requested every time.   If signed on as a “Temporary Student”, details are not saved. Otherwise they should be saved.

4. Freezing  The program freezes intermittently  (all versions, all operating systems)

5. Slow loading  The program loads and/or runs very slowly across a wireless or old  network

6. Does not run      The program fails to run after appearing to install successfully

7. Older versions on XP
Running Numbershark (original) or Wordshark (original, version 2 or 2L) on XP or later
