A selection of questions put to our technical helpdesk:

Q1.  When we sign on  we get a message “xxx is a temporary student”. What does this mean? Answer

Q2. Can we add pupil names from CSV files?  Answer

Q3. We have a CD stand-alone version, and want to move the student data to the server for ease of making backups.  Answer

Q4. The network version keeps asking for our licence key Answer
