Q1.  When we sign on  we get a message “xxx is a temporary student”. What does this mean? Answer

Q2. Can we add pupil names from CSV files?  Answer

Q3. We have a CD stand-alone version, and  now our computers are networked we want to move the student data to the server for ease of making backups, and so that students can access the data from any machine.  Answer

Q4. The network version keeps asking for our licence key Answer

Q6. The computer does not remember where we got up to - it forgets the list we are on, or games we have played, or (in Wordshark) word lists we have added in. If I add new students or courses, they seem to disappear.  Answer

Q7. The “Detailed program of work” is a powerful feature in Wordshark - but how does it work with more than one administrator?  Answer

Q8. Is there a network version for the Mac yet?  Answer (Yes!) Do specify “Mac” when ordering.

Q9.  Our new laptop computer does not have a CD or DVD drive. Can we buy a single user CD to run on this by copying it onto our server or our virtual CD stack, to run across the network?   Answer

Q10.  We are worried that our program CD might get damaged. Can we make a backup  or We have accidentally damaged our CD. Can we obtain a replacement? Answer

Q11. Can our VLE work with your programs, and are you SCORM compliant?  Answer

Q12. We have version 4. What is the difference between an “administrator” and a “subadministrator”? Answer

Q13. We want to reduce the chances of a student changing everybody else’s settings and passwords in Wordshark or Numbershark. Answer

Q14. Our school has a few single user CD s  and wants to buy more. Is this possible?  Go to the “Ordering” tab, and click on “Buying additional Cds”.

Q15. I want to make my own word lists in Wordshark, but “Create and change your own word lists” is greyed out. Answer
