Conference site The Conference Room facility is particularly helpful for our overseas customers and homes or schools with no phone near the computer(s). It copes well with slow “dial up” internet connections as well as with fast broadband. By appointment (e.g. via email) you may talk directly to a technician from your computer. It requires a PC with Internet Explorer 5 or later, a microphone and speakers. To use, enable cookies, go on-line, click here, and download the applet. Give yourself a screen name, and leave “password” blank at login. Click your left “ctrl” key when speaking.
Face to Face: Our technical support staff attend many educational exhibitions and events around the UK. We can’t attend them all, so please email or ring first to check whether we are attending.
